The Fuzhou Show Time Square is strategically located at the border between the old and new towns, making it a central hub for commerce and leisure. The design concept revolves around the idea of a Central City and Central Avenue, where commercial and residential elements coexist harmoniously.

The commercial district features brightly colored horizontal features that catch the eye and serve as a visual guide for visitors. This unique architectural approach creates a sense of direction and flow, drawing people towards the bustling commercial clusters. To further enhance the commercial setting, a thematic commercial street with setback balconies at a human scale has been created, providing a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

The heart of the Fuzhou Show Time Square is the round central plaza and the outdoor commercial mall, which add three-dimensional layers to the central avenue. These dynamic spaces not only provide a vivid experience for shoppers but also serve as focal points that bring people together.

Surrounding the landscape are residential towers that contribute to the vibrant facade of the city and extend the urban skyline. The residential district complements the commercial areas, creating a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.

The Fuzhou Show Time Square is a testament to innovative design and realization technology. The use of materials such as aluminum sheet, glass, stone, and ETFE showcases the project's commitment to quality and durability. With a project area of 290,000 square meters, this complex stands as a testament to the scale and ambition of the design.

Throughout the design process, the team faced several challenges. The most significant hurdle was creating monumental architecture that could enhance commercial activities while improving the quality of life for residents in a site surrounded by main traffic roads. However, through careful planning and thoughtful design, these challenges were overcome, resulting in a space that seamlessly integrates commerce and leisure.

The Fuzhou Show Time Square has been recognized for its excellence in design, winning the Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2020. This prestigious award acknowledges the project's well-designed, practical, and innovative nature, meeting professional and industrial requirements.
